Large and beautiful Resort

Amazing location along the Dead Sea with a lot of common facilities (pools, bars, view, spa, tennis, etc.) Nice Dead Sea beach with sand Lot of swimming pools and large SPA complex Great italian restaurant Super welcoming employees

Rooms are old (furnitures looking old with scratches, etc.) Rooms are not super clean (long dark hairs on shampoo, sand on floor, etc.) Refurbishment is needed

Lovely will do again for sure but will call to make sure it’s ground floor

We loved the village it felt that we are in an oasis the plants and trees are so heart chilling , the room is good size the access to the garden was lovely , breakfast had gluten free options

Hamza Rasheed was amazing he welcomed us with a smile although it was very busy , he was quick and helpful , Omar who came later was rude and gave us the second room as if we’re begging him for it although it should have been ready at 4 and we went at 4:30 I asked for no stairs in any room because of back problems but one was still on the second floor

Absolutely Fabulous!

This is a fabulous resort! It is built as a traditional Jordanian desert castle and has fascinating information about beautiful Jordan around the grounds which are very well kept and extensive. There are stunning views of The Dead Sea. Sitting on the terrace of our luxurious room and watching the sunset was sublime. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to make our stay very memorable. Particular thanks to Ahmad Ajrami and Dana! The main restaurant is superb with a wide selection of high quality dishes. We enjoyed swimming in The Dead Sea and covering ourselves in the mud provided. The infinity and main pools have incredible views and facilities. The hotel has a high level of security but Jordan is a very safe country, despite issues in the region. This hotel is great value for money! It is one of the best 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. We are looking forward to returning and will highly recommend it to our family and friends!

A magical place with beautiful grounds, great facilities, and a truly memorable evening experience.

We had a fantastic short stay at the Mövenpick! The room, pool, and overall facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the dinner - an unforgettable evening with live music and traditional dancing under the stars. Unfortunately, we only had one night there, and due to our early checkout, no breakfast was available. Still, the experience felt truly magical. The hotel grounds are like a small kingdom, with beautiful, winding paths that you can explore by electric buggy - offered kindly by the staff. We’d love to return for a longer visit!

No breakfast was available for early check-out, which was a bit disappointing. Check-in also took quite a while, though it might have been due to a large group arriving at the same time.

A great stay for a superb value

Very comfortable and spacious room, all the amenities, excellent breakfast, the pool area is great, the staff is super friendly. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

There was a small detail regarding the cleanliness of the room which we noticed and although it didn’t bother us too much, it nonetheless prevents me from giving it a perfect (10) score.

Management was phenomenal, especially Dana. And I had a lot of fun relaxing in the Dead Sea

You couldn’t bring outside food in. Like sure, whatever, but they wouldn’t even let half my lunch I hadn’t finished in, I thought that was a bit ridiculous

Best everything.

So friendly and exceptional care and attention from Ms. Rawan, Wijdan, Dana, and Mr. Omar (guest relations and reception). As well as Aida (Restaurant), Mr. Ahmed Khlifat (life guard - gread attention as usual, this visit and all my earlier visits over so many years). As well as, hotel drivers, Marwan and Ra'ed. They all make you love to come back again and again.

A lovely comfortable stay with private access to the dead sea.

It’s a beautiful resort with every amenity you can think of and private access to the dead sea. They have clay pots out with the mud, so you can cover yourself in the wonderful mud. The rooms are big and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant food is also lovely.

It’s a shame that they don’t let you bring in outside food or drink, but then also don’t provide water in the rooms. When we asked for water at reception they promised us two bottles, but then only delivered one. When we went to eat at the restaurant we had to ask multiple times for bread and the bill. Not a catastrophe but we’d been expecting slightly more attentive service for the prices we were paying and for the 5-star label.

Amazing luxury hotel perfect for stay before flying home

Amazing luxury hotel complex with lovely pools, excellent service and access directly to the Dead Sea. Hotel transfer was easy.

Loved it for a few days - if staying longer, it’s worth knowing there isn’t a local town to visit so you’ll stay in the hotel complex grounds (unless you book day trips or a taxi etc)

Amazing stay with great service, food, and views. Minor notes: more beach chairs.

We recently stayed at the Movenpick Dead Sea for three nights as a couple, and our experience was truly exceptional. The Resort is located in a very quite and serene area, offering stunning views of the Dead Sea. The rooms were impeccably clean & well maintained, and the staff provided the Extra outstanding services whenever and wherever Needed. The Open Buffet for Both Lunch & Dinner Offered a wide variety of food choices, with a particularly excellent selection of Middle Eastern Cuisine (Which we loved). The Pool Areas were consistently clean & well-organized, with attentive service from the pool team, ensuring the expectations are always met. We - As a Couple - spent most of our time at the Adults-only Pool, which provided a more relaxing atmosphere and an uninterrupted view of the Dead Sea while sunbathing and swimming. Additionally, that provided a more Quite atmosphere and Avoided the Noise of the Playing Kids at the Main Pool. The Jacuzzi Dedicated to each Compound of Rooms was amazing & Very Clean, providing a Calm and Quite relaxation with the Amazing Hot Bubbly water. (The Greatest idea ever). The Hotel's restaurants - Luigi's, Valley Cafe, and The Grill - also offered an exceptional dining experience, with the amazing Service & the Delicious Food. Note: If you consider Dining at the Grill Restaurant, A special mention goes to Muhammad (A Young Waiter at the Grill Restaurant), whose Friendly demeanor and great recommendations added a wonderful touch to our dining experience. Finally, the Hotel Dead Sea private beach area was exceptionally well-maintained and organized, adding the overall quality of our Stay.

The only feedback directed to the Main Reception Desk concerned the condition of the Room bathrooms, with a suggestion for minor renovations or touch-ups—nothing urgent or major. (The Front desk informed that this is on-going in Phases). Another comment related to the Movenpick Private Dead Sea Beach, where it is noted a need for additional lounge chairs or resting stations. Due to the limited availability, we were forced to place our bags and personal belongings directly on the sand.
